| The flat is fully furnished apart from the bedroom advertised. A medium sized room available on 23 October. Room comes with a built in wardrobe and a little compact dresser as shown in the photo. Can comfortably fit a desk, bedside table and a double bed. One single bed (in excellent condition) is on sale for $80 if needed. The room gets lovely morning/daytime sun. Location of this flat is just perfect: 100 meters from Thorndon New World and 3-5 minutes walk to the railway station. It is on cul de sac, very quiet even during the day! The person in the flat upstairs is quiet too. Two existing flatmates, one PhD student and one professional. We would prefer someone aged +25, tidy, considerate and independent. Current flatmates like piece of quiet. On street residential parking. Smokers OK (outside), no pets. Rent $170 ($155+$15 facility rental and internet) + power/gas bill. Couple is $185+power/gas bill.
