| 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.
Fully furnished and recently renovated three bedroom house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
Bed included with room and built in closet. There is storage under the house for sports equipment, bikes, suitcases, etc.
House is fully insulated with living room heat pump and fire place to cozy up in to the winter.
This house has both a bath and shower - the toilet is separate.
Spacious house with a lot of light. Large front/back yard. There is also a covered balcony out the back.
Buses to the city at the top of the street. The Avondale train station very close.
I will keep the 3rd room open as a miscellaneous space we can share. It has a sofa bed where guests can sleep if they want to visit.
Room includes a bed.
Rent is $220.00 + monthly bills (water, power +fibre internet) The bills vary on usage but would be about an extra $50 per month.
Room available Sunday 29/5.
