| I have three bedrooms for rent. The house is located in a quiet street in Sockburn. Nearby the Racecourse. New kitchen. 2 double rooms, and 1 single . fully furnished rooms . Our ideal tenant would be a fulltime student or worker, non smoker. Unfortunatly no pets allowed or couples . Warm house with central heating and anti condensation system .
The house is close to the riccarton shops, Church Corner, Hornby , Wigram residential, industrial area and the University of Canterbury. Rent is 150$ + expenses. Expenses are Power, Internet-Wifi(FibreXtra fast,unlimited) and Gas (hotwater). Amenities provided Blue RAY PLAYER and Smart TV ,Neon TV, dish washing machine BBQ, Laundry , etc .
