| My fiancee and I are looking for a student or professional to move in to our two-bedroom house in Mt Roskill. My fiancee is a first year health sciences student at UoA and I work. Our current flatmates have given their notice and the room will be available August 15.
LOCATION: Mt Roskill
RENT: $270/week | BOND: 2 weeks ($540)
TOTAL MOVE IN COST: 2 weeks bond + first week, $810
*Rent includes utilities + internet

- Dominion Road bus stop (straight to CBD 15/20 minute commute) right around the corner
- 5/10 minute walk to supermarket & Warehouse

- Quiet and safe neighborhood
- Suitable for one person
- House kitchen, bathroom, dining and living areas
We enjoy having some drinks on the weekends and getting to know our flamates, but we also respect personal space and privacy. Flatmate should be neat and tidy and respectful.
