| I'm Australian and I'm a school teacher. How are you doing? I need a secure and lockable room furnished with a wardrobe, bed and perhaps a desk as well, if available. I need a share of facilities, like kitchen, laundry and bathroom. I travel by public transport and don't need a car space, as I don't have one. I'm a home owner somewhere else and have rented before for work purposes in homestays. My most recent landlady could possibly be contacted.
I'm polite, respectful, mature and helpful. I live a quiet existence and don't intrude on the privacy of others I share with. I'm a good communicator and friendly. I get on with adults of all ages. I don't use tobacco, alcohol or drugs. I workout at a gym on a regular basis. I like to go out in the daytime on weekends in my free time, but not at night. I've shared with males and females harmoniously. I have a steady ladyfriend currently long distance. |
